notary public service in Thailand: a foreign-applicant perspective
Skilled migrants assembling a 189/190 EOI need every Thai source document re-translated by a NAATI practitioner in Thailand, the workflow is different from a Thai citizen heading to Australia. the embassy's legalisation chain (MFA → embassy → AU receiver) is *not* a substitute for NAATI — they serve different purposes and are sometimes both required. We have built our process around this exact failure mode so your file passes the first compliance scan at DHA, AHPRA, EA, VETASSESS or the receiving university.
