How do I prepare a divorce registration (Kor Ror 6) for an Australian partner visa subclass 309/100, and how long does it take?

The key point for this question — marriage, divorce and single-status paperwork normally follows this chain: (1) obtain a current civil-registration extract from the district registrar, (2) translate into the language the destination requires using a translator it accepts, (3) have the translation or signature certified by a Thai Notarial Services Attorney where required, (4) legalise at the Department of Consular Affairs, and (5) attest again at the spouse's embassy when that is still requested. We handle the document side of marriage, divorce and single-status matters — certified translation, Notarial Services Attorney certification, MFA legalisation and embassy attestation. We do not act as family-law counsel. Call 094-895-8999 if the deadline is tight — our team will check the current queue and estimate timing before work starts, without promising a delivery date.
