How far must a divorce registration (Kor Ror 6) be translated and legalised to be accepted for Thai family court proceedings?

What to understand before you start collecting documents: the usual reasons marriage documents are returned: name spelling that differs from the passport or birth certificate, inconsistent titles and post-marriage surnames, Thai versus Gregorian date mismatches, unclear registrar seals, and single-status certificates issued too long before submission — many authorities accept only 3 to 6 months.
