Step 2 (Clinical Science): IM, Surg, OB-GYN, Ped, Psy, EM — MCQ 300 ข้อ + clinical vignettes
Step 3 (Clinical Skills / OSCE): Bedside patient encounter 12 stations — ต้องพูดไทยกับ SP (standardized patient)
Passing 3 Steps + Ethics test → รับ ใบประกอบวิชาชีพเวชกรรม (Medical License TH) → practice ใน Thailand
Thai Language Requirement — TCU/Passwords
ต่างชาติต้องมี Thai proficiency ≥ Level 5 (TCU Passwords / SEA-LC) เพราะ Step 3 ต้องคุยกับ SP + patient counseling
ยกเว้น: จบแพทย์ในไทย (Chula/Mahidol/CU/Ramathibodi) — waive language exam
Preparation courses: จุฬาฯ Thai Language Program 6-12 เดือน / SEA-LC Chiang Mai
Cost: 45,000-90,000 THB (full program) — ปัจจัย reject #1 สำหรับ foreign doctor
Translation & Legalization Chain (Critical)
