CR-1 / IR-1 Process 2026 — 4 Stages
Stage 1: US spouse ยื่น I-130 Petition for Alien Relative ที่ USCIS — processing 10-14 เดือน (2026)
Stage 2: NVC (National Visa Center) เปิดเคส → collect DS-260 + civil documents + Affidavit of Support I-864 → Documentarily Qualified
Stage 3: AIT Bangkok schedule interview → Medical + biometrics + interview
Stage 4: Approved → visa in passport + immigrant packet → เข้า US ภายใน 6 เดือน → GC mailed 60-90 วัน
CR-1 vs IR-1 — Conditional vs Permanent
CR-1: แต่งงาน <2 ปีตอน visa approved → 2-year Conditional GC → ยื่น I-751 90 วันก่อนหมด → 10-year GC
ทั้งสองได้: work authorization, travel, path to citizenship (3 ปี หลัง GC สำหรับ spouse of USC)
I-751 ต้องพิสูจน์ bona fide marriage: photos, lease, joint accounts, taxes filed jointly
USCIS Certified Translation Standard

NAATI Thailand ใช้ ATA-affiliated + NAATI-certified — accept 100% โดย USCIS + NVC + AIT
