Can a Thai Notary Public certify software licensing agreements?

Here is how NAATI Thailand handles this: For time-sensitive agreements, we run mobile notary to hospitals, offices, condos and embassy waiting rooms, plus weekend appointments on request — ideal for domestic use or overseas dispatch as requested when deadlines are tight. Nationwide pick-up + DHL/FedEx worldwide dispatch available (from สอบถามราคากับเจ้าหน้าที่).
