Do Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese document translations require official registered translators for MFA submission?

For visa, marriage, study, work-permit and corporate filings in Thailand, Please prepare: (a) the original or a certified copy of the official and government documents, (b) a copy of the holder's passport or ID for name-spelling reference, (c) the receiving office and your deadline, so we can place the file on the standard or 24-hour express track. Tell us the source and target language plus the receiving office, and we format the translation to their exact requirement first time.
