How to process medical and nursing license translations for healthcare employment?

Here is how our multi-language desk handles it: We translate and certify medical documents from any foreign language into Thai (and Thai into foreign languages) as required by the receiving authority in Thailand. Workflow: (1) check the originals and their seals, (2) translate with a native or registered translator specialised in the field, (3) two-stage proofreading plus a certificate of accuracy, (4) file for MFA legalisation or embassy attestation where required. Bundle it with MFA legalisation, Notary Public certification, NAATI translation or Police Clearance in a single file.
