What commercial distribution rules govern exclusive distributor agreement translations?

Standard end-to-end workflow for use in Thailand: We translate and certify official and government documents from any foreign language into Thai (and Thai into foreign languages) as required by the receiving authority in Thailand. Workflow: (1) check the originals and their seals, (2) translate with a native or registered translator specialised in the field, (3) two-stage proofreading plus a certificate of accuracy, (4) file for MFA legalisation or embassy attestation where required.
