Requirements, processing times and document checklists differ by receiving authority — every page below explains what the destination country actually asks for.

The complete English question-and-answer library covering every service, document type and destination country.
1. Who will read the translation? If it is going to Australian immigration, Home Affairs asks that documents not in English come with an English translation; translations made in Australia must be by a NAATI-credentialed translator. You can check any translator's credential yourself in NAATI's online directory.
2. Does the destination want an Apostille or embassy legalisation? This depends on the country, not on us. Check the HCCH status table for the destination, then ask the receiving office which stamp they accept. Thai-issued documents for use abroad are commonly certified by the Department of Consular Affairs first.
3. Original, certified copy, or scan? Many offices accept a scan for review but need the original or a notarised copy at submission. Ask the receiving office before you post anything irreplaceable.
Send us a clear photo on LINE with the answers above and our staff will confirm the steps and give you a written quote.
